Things are different now. Your reach is now unlimited. Unbound by geography. Only bound by access to technology. In rare cases you’d get your neighbor who’d be exposed to your products. Your reach is unknown. It’s almost immeasurable, almost uncontrollable. Your brand will own the message. Your brand will transcend you and your product.
With an ever great opportunity to reach more people, the level expectations is ever higher. You can’t please everyone, but you can please the few. Building a brand around a small niche is now absolutely possible - because your reach is greater than ever before.
